Support & FAQ
PurrbitPop is a vibrant action puzzle game where you slide, spin, and match your way through shifting Orbit paths. Link up matching shapes to score points, build combos, and chase high scores. Collect Moons and power up your play with Boosts and unlockable Orbits, each adding a twist to how you move and score.
The current game mode is time-based, and your goal is simple: rack up as many points as you can before time runs out.
We’re just getting started! New game modes, Orbits, Boosts, and surprises are on the way. Stay tuned for exciting updates—and thanks for playing PurrbitPop!
Gameplay
Q: How do I play the game?
Move your shape along the Orbit to match it with incoming shapes and score points. You can also collect shapes into your Orbit and store them for later. Match three or more stored shapes to clear them and earn extra rewards.
Keep the momentum going to trigger a combo! Make consecutive matches within a short time window, and your score gets multiplied with each one. The faster you match, the bigger the points.
Orbit
Q: What is an Orbit?
Your Orbit is the path your shape moves along—and where collected shapes are stored. Think of it like a shifting loop that builds up as you play. Bigger Orbit can store more shapes, but over time, they slowly shrink.
Q: What happens when it shrinks?
A shrinking Orbit means less storage space. To stay in the game, you’ll need to clear out stored shapes by matching them before things get too crowded.
Q: Can I unlock new Orbits?
Yes! New Orbits can be unlocked using Moons in the Shop. Each one adds a twist—some earn bonus points, others slow shrink speed or boost your Moon rewards.
Boosts
Q: What are Boosts?
Boosts are special tools you can equip to shake things up mid-game. Swap shapes, shuffle the queue, or change your current shape—perfect for tight spots or pushing combos further.
Q: How do they work?
You can equip up to 3 before a game. Each Boost is only consumed once per round, and only if you activate it.
Q: Where do I get Boosts?
Use Moons to pick up individual Boosts or bundle packs in the Shop. They're a handy way to tweak your strategy on the fly.
Moons
Q: What are Moons for?
Moons are the in-game currency. You’ll use them to start game sessions, shop for Boosts, and unlock new Orbits.
Q: What if I run out of Moons?
No worries! There are plenty of ways to earn more:
- Score high in games
- Hit milestones on the Match Meter
- Watch a rewarded ad
- Grab a Moon pack from the Shop
Practice Mode
Q: What’s Practice Mode?
Practice Mode lets you play for free with no time limits or Moon costs. It’s perfect for testing out your equipped Boosts and Orbits before jumping into a real game. You can find it in the Settings menu!
Purchases & Progress
Q: Can I play without signing in?
Yes! You can play without signing in. But just a heads-up—without platform sign-in, your progress, Moon balance, and purchases are saved only on your current device. If you uninstall the game or switch devices, your data might be lost.
Q: Are purchases restorable?
PurrbitPop offers Moon packs as optional real-money purchases. These are consumables, which means they’re used up and can’t be restored once spent.
Other items like Orbits and Boosts are only bought with Moons earned in-game or via Moon packs. These are linked to your saved progress and aren’t tied to your App Store or Google Play purchase history.
For future non-consumable purchases, you can use the Restore Purchases button in the Settings menu.
Q: How do I keep my progress safe?
Sign in with Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android). This enables cloud save so your game data, Moon balance, and purchases stay synced across devices.
Q: I bought a Moon pack but didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Try restarting the game and making sure you’re connected to the internet. Still missing? Contact us at [email protected] with your purchase receipt, and we’ll help you out.
Account & Data
Q: How is my data handled?
We don’t collect personal identifiers like your name or email. Data is used only to support gameplay features like cloud save, purchases, and leaderboards. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Q: Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. If you're signed in with Game Center or Google Play, you can delete your account and all associated game data from the app's Settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Note: Deleting your account does not remove your leaderboard entries. If you'd like those removed too, please contact us at [email protected].
