Welcome to our mobile games and applications ("Services"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services provided by The Common Ist Sdn Bhd ("Company A") and co-developed by Superjaai Studio ("Company B") (collectively, "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use our Services. By using the Services, you affirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. If you are not, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. License to Use the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Services;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, graphics, and code in the Services are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
4. In-App Purchases and Ads
Some features may offer optional in-app purchases or display advertisements. All in-app purchases are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), and we do not handle or store payment information. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. User Conduct and Use Limitations
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Harass, abuse, or harm others, or promote or incite violence or discrimination;
- Post or share any content that is obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate;
- Use, distribute, or develop cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party software that interferes with the operation of the Services;
- Modify or alter any part of the Services without our express written consent;
- Disrupt or interfere with the normal flow or operation of the Services or other users’ experience;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, data, or networks connected to the Services;
- Upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Services;
- Collect or solicit personal information from other users without consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended spirit of the Services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Services or other means. Continued use of the Services after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
